膝关节镜联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的半月板损伤患者通过膝关节镜与玻璃酸钠关节腔注射进行联合治疗,对患者获得的IKDC评分以及治疗总有效率进行统计,分析临床疗效。方法从该院在2016年7月—2019年7月间,收治的半月板损伤患者中随机抽取60例患者,根据随机分组的方法进行分组,每组30例患者,分别分成观察组和对照组,对照组患者单纯通过膝关节镜进行治疗,观察组患者以对照组患者为基础,通过玻璃酸钠关节腔注射进行联合治疗,对两组患者的治疗前治疗后的IKDA评分(纵裂、水平裂、斜裂、横裂、复合裂)进行比较,对两组患者的治疗总有效率进行对比,评价后者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的IKDA评分远远优良于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=5.264、5.928、5.793、5.492、5.829,P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05)。结论半月板损伤患者通过膝关节镜联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,患者的IKDA评分得到明显的改善,治疗总有效率得到显著提高。 Objective Combined treatment of meniscus injury patients with knee arthroscopy and sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection,statistically analyze the IKDC score obtained by the patients and the total effective rate of treatment,and analyze the clinical efficacy.Methods From July 2016 to July 2019,60 patients were randomly selected from the patients with meniscus injury treated according to the randomization method.Each group of 30 patients and were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with knee arthroscopy.The patients in the observation group were combined with sodium hyaluronate joint injection based on the control group.The IKDA score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was treated.(Longitudinal split,horizontal split,oblique split,transverse split,compound split)were compared,and the total treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared to evaluate the treatment effect of the latter.Results The IKDA score of the observation group was far better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.264,5.928,5.793,5.492,5.829,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 66.67%(20/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with meniscus injury are treated with knee arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.The patient's IKDA score has been significantly improved,and the total treatment efficiency has been significantly improved.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
