宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Endometrial Polyps Combined with Curettage under Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的研究子宫内膜息肉治疗中应用宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合刮宫术的效果。方法随机将2016年6月—2019年6月79例子宫内膜息肉患者分为两组,对照组39例接受刮宫术治疗,观察组40例接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合刮宫术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间、术中出血量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后Ig G、Ig A水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后1年内子宫内膜息肉复发率为5.00%,子宫内异常出血复发率为5.00%,低于对照组20.51%、23.08%(χ^2=4.298、5.384,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉能够保证息肉更彻底切除,减少术后复发率及子宫内异常出血率。

Objective To study the effect of endometrial polyps combined with curettage under hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods Randomly divide 79 patients with endometrial polyps from June 2016 to June 2019 into two groups,39 patients in the control group received curettage,and 40 patients in the observation group received hysteroscopic endometrial polyps combined curettage treatment,compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);the levels of Ig G and Ig A in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in the observation group within 1 year after operation was 5.00%,and the recurrence rate of abnormal intrauterine bleeding was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group 20.51%,23.08%(χ^2=4.298,5.384,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of endometrial polyps under hysteroscopy combined with curettage cures polyps can ensure more complete removal of polyps,reduce postoperative recurrence rate and abnormal intrauterine bleeding rate.
