关节镜微创治疗方式在膝关节骨创伤患者中的应用及对疼痛的影响

Application of Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Treatment in Patients with Knee Trauma and Its Impact on Pain

目的分析膝关节骨创伤患者实施关节镜微创治疗作用。方法选择在该院进行膝关节创伤治疗的86例患者为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2017年5月—2019年5月之间。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成组均43例的常规组以及实验组,予以常规组患者基础治疗措施,予以实验组患者关节镜微创治疗。对于两组患者治疗效果以及手术前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)得分、膝关节功能得分。结果实验组与常规组手术治疗效果分别是97.67%、81.40%(χ^2=14.126,P<0.05);两组组内手术后VAS得分均低于手术前(常规组t=9.756,实验组t=19.605,P<0.05),并且手术后实验组VAS得分低于常规组(t=9.64,P<0.05);两组组内手术后膝关节功能得分均高于手术前(常规组t=44.257,实验组t=54.590,P<0.05),并且手术后实验组膝关节功能得分高于常规组(t=9.884,P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨创伤患者实施关节镜微创治疗可改善疼痛、提升膝关节功能,发挥一定的治疗的效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment for knee trauma patients.Methods 86 patients undergoing knee joint trauma treatment in our hospital were selected as the study sample,and the treatment time was between May 2017 and May 2019.Random number list method was used to divide them into 43 groups of the conventional group and the experimental group,and the basic treatment measures of the patients in the conventional group were given,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive arthroscopy.For the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the visual analog score(VAS)score and knee function score before and after surgery.Results The surgical treatment effects of the experimental group and the conventional group were 97.67%and 81.40%(χ^2=14.126,P<0.05);the VAS scores after surgery in the two groups were lower than those before the surgery(conventional group t=9.756,experimental group t=19.605,P<0.05),and the VAS score of the experimental group after surgery was lower than that of the conventional group(t=9.640,P<0.05);the knee joint function scores after surgery in both groups were higher than before the surgery(conventional group t=44.257,experimental group t=54.590,P<0.05),and the knee function score of the experimental group after surgery was higher than that of the conventional group(t=9.884,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of knee trauma patients can improve pain,improve knee function,and exert certain therapeutic effects.
