全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用效果分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨全自动血细胞分析仪联合涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用效果。方法对该院2017年4月—2018年3月期间行血常规检验的240份血液标本进行研究,采用全自动血细胞分析仪和涂片细胞学检查所有血液样本,分析检测结果,评价联合应用的价值。结果全自动血细胞分析仪阳性检出率、阴性检出率分别为20.42%、79.58%,与血涂片细胞形态学7.50%、92.50%相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在RBC形态异常、幼稚粒细胞、嗜酸性细胞、原始细胞、单核粒细胞、杆状粒细胞方面符合率分别为37.50%、50.00%、28.57%、33.33%、62.50%、20.00%。结论全自动血细胞分析仪与细胞形态学在血常规检验中应用广泛,将其联合应用可优势互补,提升检验准确率,为临床诊治疾病提供更加科学、可靠的指导意见。 Objective To explore the application effect of automatic hematology analyzer combined with smear cell morphology in routine blood test.Methods A total of 240 blood samples for routine blood tests from April 2017 to March 2018 in the hospital were studied.All blood samples were examined using a fully automated hematology analyzer and smear cytology.The test results were analyzed to evaluate the combined application value.Results The positive detection rate and negative detection rate of the automatic hematology analyzer were 20.42%and 79.58%respectively.Compared with the blood smear cell morphology 7.50%and 92.50%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology were 37.50%,50.00%,28.57%,33.33%,62.50%,20.00%respectively in terms of RBC morphological abnormalities,naive granulocytes,eosinophils,blasts,monocytes,and rod-shaped granulocytes.Conclusion The automatic blood cell analyzer and cell morphology are widely used in routine blood tests,and their combined application can complement each other,improve the accuracy of the test,and provide more scientific and reliable guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
