耐信、黛力新对EE和NERD亚型胃食管反流病的疗效探讨

The Therapeutic Effect of Naixin and Delixin on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease of EE and NERD Subtypes

目的探讨耐信、黛力新对EE和NERD亚型胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)治疗的疗效观察。方法选择2019年3月—2019年8月在该院就诊的两种亚型(EE和NERD)胃食管反流病患者64例,根据胃镜诊断结果,分为EE组32例,NERD组32例。对所有EE和NERD患者给予耐信,比较两组在治疗后第2、4周烧心、反流症状缓解情况有效率。对耐信治疗4周无效的NERD患者加用黛力新治疗,并观察疗效。结果在治疗后2周(χ^2=9.680,P<0.05)和4周(χ^2=8.320,P<0.05)比较,EE组烧心、反酸、反食等临床症状的改善均显著好于NERD组;治疗2周后为56.25%,治疗4周后为62.50%。对于单用耐信治疗效果不佳的NERD患者,在耐信治疗基础上加用黛力新治疗,2周(χ^2=9.458,P<0.05)和4周(χ^2=8.570,P<0.05)后,患者症状均有明显改善,治疗2周后为55.6%,治疗4周后为77.8%。结论耐信抑酸治疗对EE患者有较好治疗效果,4周的疗效高于2周的疗效。抑酸治疗对NERD患者治疗效果稍差,在耐信的基础上加用黛力新治疗,对NERD患者会取得较好治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Nexin and Delixin on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)of EE and NERD subtypes.Methods 64 patients with two subtypes(EE and NERD)of gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in the hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were selected.According to the diagnosis results of gastroscopy,they were divided into 32 cases in the EE group and 32 in the NERD group.All patients with EE and NERD were given Nimex and compared the efficient of relief of heartburn and reflux symptoms at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Treat NERD patients who were not effective for 4 weeks with Nexin treatment with Delixin treatment and observe the efficacy.Results Compared with 2 weeks(χ^2=9.680,P<0.05)and 4 weeks(χ^2=8.320,P<0.05),the improvement of clinical symptoms such as heartburn,acid reflux,and food loss in the EE group were significantly better than that in the NERD group;56.25%after 2 week treatment,62.50%after 4 week treatment.For patients with NERD who did not respond well to Nessina alone,add Delixin on top of Nessina,after 2 weeks(χ^2=9.458,P<0.05)and 4 weeks(χ^2=8.570,P<0.05).The symptoms of the patients all improved significantly,55.6%after 2 week treatment and 77.8%after 4 week treatment.Conclusion Resistant acid suppression therapy has a better therapeutic effect on patients with RE,and the efficacy at 4 weeks is higher than that at 2 weeks.Acid suppression therapy is slightly less effective for NERD patients.Adding Delixin treatment on the basis of Nexin will achieve better treatment effects for NERD patients.
