摘要 目的探究染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠的多因素Logistic回归分析。方法以该院2018年1—8月院产科门诊收治的500例孕妇为研究对象,采用无创产前检测判断胎儿是否患有遗传性疾病,对比发生染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠的孕妇一般资料差异情况,将有差异项带入Logistic回归方程,分析染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠形成原因,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。结果共有27例发生染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠,发生率为5.40%。发生染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠与未发生染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠的孕妇在年龄、孕前及孕早期感染、接触化肥及农药、周围环境污染、装修房屋/买新家具及新车、母亲美甲上均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),采用Logistic回归方程进行多因素分析后发现,上述因素均OR值>1,均是引起染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠的影响因素。结论导致染色体非整倍体疾病性妊娠发生因素较多,在妊娠期间临床减少改善周围生活环境,避免接触化肥与农药,禁止进行美甲,降低疾病发生率。 Objective To explore the multivariate Logistic regression analysis of chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy.Methods Taking 500 pregnant women who were treated in the obstetrics outpatient clinic of the hospital from January to August 2018 as the research object,we used noninvasive prenatal testing to determine whether the fetus had inherited diseases,and compared the general data differences of pregnant women who suffered from pregnancy with chromosomal aneuploidy diseases.Bring the difference items into the logistic regression equation to analyze the causes of chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy and provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention measures.Results There were 27 cases of chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy,the incidence rate was 5.40%.Pregnant women with chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy and those without chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy,age,pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy infection,exposure to fertilizers and pesticides,environmental pollution,decoration of houses/buying new furniture and new cars,mothers'nail art.Logistic regression equation was used for multi-factor analysis,and it was found that the OR values of the above factors were all>1,which were the influencing factors of chromosomal aneuploidy disease pregnancy.Conclusion There are many factors leading to chromosomal aneuploidy disease-induced pregnancy.Clinical reduction during pregnancy improves the surrounding living environment,avoids contact with fertilizers and pesticides,prohibits nail art,and reduces the incidence of disease.
