卡托普利联合美托洛尔对慢性心衰的疗效

The Effect of Captopril Combined with Metoprolol on Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析在慢性心衰患者的治疗中卡托普利联合美托洛尔的治疗效果。方法以2018年1月—2019年9月到该院进行治疗的慢性心衰患者124例为研究对象并随机分组,每组62例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及心功能情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率77.42%显著高于对照组的46.77%(χ2=12.37,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的LVEDD、LVESD、HR、LVEF各心功能指标水平明显优于对照组(t=9.62、9.76、21.19、7.42,P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.37,P>0.05)。结论在慢性心衰患者治疗中联用卡托普利与美托洛尔可取得较为确切的效果,有助于患者心功能的改善,且不会明显增加不良反应的发生,安全性相对较高。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 124 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into groups,62 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given captopril combination Metoprolol treatment,comparing the treatment effect and cardiac function of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 77.42%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,46.77%(χ2=12.37,P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,HR,LVEF in the observation group were significantly better In the control group(t=9.62,9.76,21.19,7.42,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.37,P>0.05).Conclusion Combined use of captopril and metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can achieve a more precise effect,which can help the improvement of patients'cardiac function without significantly increasing the amount of adverse reactions,and the safety is relatively high.
