护理干预对艾滋病患者药物依从性及生存质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Drug Compliance and Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者药物依从性及生存质量的影响。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年9月所收治的110例艾滋病患者作为研究对象,将入选对象随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者55例,两组患者分别采取不同护理干预措施,即研究组采取护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,对比不同护理方式对艾滋病患者药物依从性及生存质量的影响。结果研究组患者的药物依从性94.5%明显高于对照组72.7%(χ2=9.565,P<0.05);研究组患者心理(13.70±1.69)分、生理(14.52±2.15)分、独立程度(12.75±1.92)分、个人信仰(12.81±1.60)分、环境因素(13.58±1.51)分、社会关系(13.78±2.31)分、总生存质量评分(13.42±1.75)分明显高于对照组(11.28±1.73)分、(13.68±2.14)分、(12.01±1.94)分、(12.12±1.58)分、(12.95±1.50)分、(12.57±2.35)分、(12.58±1.80)分(t=7.421、2.054、2.011、2.276、2.195、2.723、2.481,P<0.05)。结论对艾滋病患者采取护理干预,可有效控制疾病进一步发展,提高药物依从性,改善患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on drug compliance and quality of life in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 110 cases of AIDS admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and the selected subjects were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 55 patients in each group,and two groups of patients took different nursing interventions.That is,the research group adopted nursing intervention and the control group adopted routine nursing to compare the effects of different nursing methods on drug compliance and quality of life of AIDS patients.Results The drug compliance in the study group was 94.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 72.7%(χ2=9.565,P<0.05);the study group had psychological(13.70±1.69)points,physiological(14.52±2.15)points,and independent degree(12.75±1.92)points,personal beliefs(12.81±1.60)points,environmental factors(13.58±1.51)points,social relations(13.78±2.31)points,total quality of life score(13.42±1.75)points were significantly higher than the control group(11.28±1.73)points,(13.68±2.14)points,(12.01±1.94)points,(12.12±1.58)points,(12.95±1.50)points,(12.57±1.55)points,(12.57±2.35)points,(12.58±1.80)points(t=7.421,2.054,2.011,2.276,2.195,2.723,2.481,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for AIDS patients can effectively control the further development of the disease,improve drug compliance,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical application value.
