心理护理干预对新型呼吸道传染病轻症患者缓解焦虑情绪的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Alleviating Anxiety in Patients with New Mild Respiratory Infection Disease

目的分析和研究心理护理干预对新型呼吸道传染病轻症患者缓解焦虑情绪的效果。方法研究对象为2020年1—2月该院收治的12例新型呼吸道传染病轻症患者。对全部患者进行心理护理干预模式,观察和分析心理护理干预对新型呼吸道传染病轻症患者缓解焦虑情绪的效果。结果实施心理护理干预前全部患者SAS分数为(61.32±11.14)分,对全部患者实施心理护理干预后SAS分数为(44.63±11.25)分,较实施心理护理干预前患者SAS分数明显降低(t=3.652,P<0.05),患者情绪基本趋于稳定。结论对新型呼吸道传染病轻症患者实施心理护理干预能够有效改善患者焦虑状态及其他不良情绪,可有效改善患者心理状态,增加患者治疗依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety relief in new mild respiratory infection disease patients.Methods The research subjects were 12 patients with new mild respiratory infection disease admitted in the hospital from January to February 2020.Psychological nursing intervention model was conducted on all patients,and the effect of psychological nursing intervention on alleviating anxiety in new mild respiratory infection disease patients was observed and analyzed.Results The SAS score of all patients before psychological nursing intervention was(61.32±11.14)points,and the SAS score of all patients after psychological nursing intervention was(44.63±11.25)points,which was significantly lower than that of patients before psychological nursing intervention(t=3.652,P<0.05),the patient's mood basically stabilized.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients with new mild respiratory infection disease can effectively improve the anxiety state and other negative emotions of patients,and can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,increase the treatment compliance of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
