日常护理与新型护理模式结合在新生儿护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Combination of Daily Nursing and New Nursing Model in Newborn Nursing

目的探索日常护理与新型护理模式相结合的临床应用效果与价值。方法选取2018年11月—2020年1月期间,足月的新生儿作为该次研究对象,选取其中符合标准的新生儿共67例。在具体实施研究过程中,按照67例的新生儿入院时间展开分组,对照组(n=33)与分析组(n=34)。对照组新生儿仍然延续运用临床常规的护理手段,分析组新生儿则运用日常护理结合新型护理模式,护理结束后评价两组不同护理模式新生儿的临床效果。结果对照组与分析组的体温波动(0.73±0.14)℃、(0.32±0.15)℃和血氧饱和度分别为(94.38±1.69)%、(98.30±1.05)%(t=10.372、-11.398,P<0.05)。在身高、体重和头围等发育情况方面,对照组分别为(47.34±0.56)cm、(3.54±1.45)kg、(32.44±2.15)cm,分析组分别为(52.03±1.77)cm、(4.23±0.58)kg、(35.40±2.18)cm(t=14.530、2.571、5.594,P<0.05),分析组护理效果优于对照组。两组新生儿家长展开护理知识认知水平的评分,两组新生儿家长在护理流程、早教方法、护理技巧方面对比,分析组明显更优。两组不同护理模式实施后,评价新生儿家长对临床护理的满意度,3个指标分别为非常满意、满意以及不满意,明显分析组新生儿家长的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿而言,这种结合的临床护理模式具有十分显著的应用效果和价值,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect and value of the combination of daily nursing and new nursing model.Methods From November 2018 to January 2020,full-term neonates were selected as the object of this study.A total of 67 neonates that met the criteria were selected.During the specific implementation of the study,67 neonates were divided into groups according to the time of admission,the control group(n=33)and the analysis group(n=34).The neonates in the control group continued to use clinical routine nursing methods,and the neonates in the analysis group used daily nursing combined with a new nursing model.After the nursing,the clinical effects of the two groups of neonates with different nursing models were evaluated.Results The body temperature fluctuations of the control group and the analysis group were(0.73±0.14)°C,(0.32±0.15)°C,and blood oxygen saturation were(94.38±1.69)%,(98.30±1.05)%(t=10.372,-11.398,P<0.05).In terms of height,weight and head circumference,the control group was(47.34±0.56)cm,(3.54±1.45)kg,(32.44±2.15)cm,and the analysis group was(52.03±1.77)cm,(4.23±0.58)kg,(35.40±2.18)cm(t=14.530,2.571,5.594,P<0.05),respectively,and the nursing effect of the analysis group was better than that of the control group.The parents of the two groups of newborns scored the cognitive level of nursing knowledge.The comparison of the parents of the two groups of newborns in the nursing process,early education methods and nursing skills was significantly better in the analysis group.After the implementation of the different nursing models in the two groups,the satisfaction of newborn parents with clinical care was evaluated.The three indicators were very satisfied,satisfied and dissatisfied,and the satisfaction of newborn parents in the analysis group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For newborns,this combined clinical care model has very significant application effects and value,and it is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
