腹腔镜手术老年患者实施手术室细节护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Operation on Elderly Patients with Detailed Nursing in Operating Room

目的腹腔镜手术老年患者实施手术室细节护理的临床效果。方法纳入2019年1—12月该院收治的78例老年腹腔镜手术患者展开研究分析,以随机抽签的方式分成两组,一组39例患者行手术室常规护理(对照组),另一组39例患者行手术室细节护理(研究组),以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态,同时记录两组患者护理后的生活质量、并发症发生率。结果护理后,研究组患者的SAS评分(18.25±4.05)分、SDS评分(15.01±5.06)分均低于对照组的(24.26±5.18)分、(21.43±5.64)分,生理功能(88.65±8.70)分、情感功能(89.79±7.85)分、人际关系(89.72±7.05)分、社会功能评分(88.66±7.65)分均高于对照组(78.96±6.05)分、(78.98±5.75)分、(79.29±5.72)分、(79.78±6.80)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.708、5.291、5.711、6.938、7.175、5.418,P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.186,P<0.05)。结论老年患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗期间开展手术室细节护理,可以改善患者的心理状态,有利于其获取更好的治疗效果,减少并发症风险,对其预后发展有较好的意义。

Objective The clinical effect of laparoscopic operation on elderly patients with detailed nursing in operating room.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from January to December 2019 were included in the study and analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to the order of random drawing of the patients.A group of 39 patients underwent routine operation room nursing(control group),another 39 patients underwent operating room detail nursing(study group),and compared the psychological status of the two groups before and after nursing with the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).At the same time,the quality of life and the incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results After nursing,the SAS scores of(18.25±4.05)points and SDS scores of(15.01±5.06)points in the study group were lower than those of the control group at(24.26±5.18)points,(21.43±5.64)points,the physiological function was(88.65±8.70)points,emotional function(89.79±7.85)points,interpersonal relationship(89.72±7.05)points,social function scores(88.66±7.65)points were higher than the control group(78.96±6.05)points,(78.98±5.75)points,(79.29±5.72)points,(79.78±6.80)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.708,5.291,5.711,6.938,7.175,5.418,P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.13%,which was lower than 23.08%in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients undergoing operating room detail nursing during laparoscopic surgery can improve the patient's psychological state,help them obtain better treatment effects,reduce the risk of complications,and have a better significance for the development of their prognosis.
