摘要 目的探讨吹阀呼吸训练对慢阻肺患者呼吸功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月所收治的100例慢阻肺患者,根据不同护理方式,将入选对象分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上,应用吹阀呼吸训练,对比不同护理方式对慢阻肺患者患者呼吸功能及生活质量的影响。结果研究组患者干预后FEV1(2.46±0.52)L、FVC(2.80±0.70)L、FEV 1/FVC(78.12±14.47)%明显高于对照组(t=4.316、4.357、3.148,P<0.05);研究组患者生理职能(54.32±9.03)分、躯体疼痛(55.98±8.24)分、情感职能(57.40±7.30)分、精神健康(59.40±8.25)分、精力(56.80±8.71)分、社会功能(60.31±8.52)分、生理机能(65.91±10.18)分、一般健康情况(57.03±7.88)分明显高于对照组(t=4.016、3.795、6.491、7.304、5.312、4.817、7.375、7.138,P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺患者应用吹阀呼吸训练,可有效改善患者肺通气功能,提升患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of valve-breathing training on respiratory function and quality of life in patients with COPD.Methods 100 patients with COPD admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to different nursing methods,the selected subjects were divided into a research group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group adopted routine nursing,the patients in the research group applied blow valve breathing training on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the effects of different nursing methods on the respiratory function and quality of life of patients with COPD.Results After intervention in the study group,FEV1(2.46±0.52)L,FVC(2.80±0.70)L,FEV 1/FVC(78.12±14.47)%were significantly higher than the control group(t=4.316,4.357,3.148,P<0.05);The study group's points of physiological function(54.32±9.03)points,physical pain(55.98±8.24)points,emotional function(57.40±7.30)points,mental health(59.40±8.25)points,energy(56.80±8.71)points,social function(60.31±8.52)points,physiological function(65.91±10.18)points,general health condition(57.03±7.88)points were significantly higher than the control group(t=4.016,3.795,6.491,7.304,5.312,4.817,7.375,7.138,P<0.05).Conclusion Blow valve breathing training for patients with COPD can effectively improve the patient's lung ventilation function and improve the patient's quality of life.
