摘要
燃料电池作为清洁能源受到广泛关注,质子交换膜是燃料电池的核心部件.目前采用的全氟磺酸质子交换膜具有优异的化学稳定性和良好的导电性能,但存在成本高、阻醇性能差和高温下性能严重衰退等问题.因此,开发新型质子交换膜成为目前研究的热点.文中对磺化聚芳醚类质子交换膜在燃料电池中的应用研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了磺化聚芳醚砜(SPAES)、磺化聚芳醚酮(SPAEK)、磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)、磺化聚苯硫醚(SPPS)、磺化聚芳醚腈(SPAEN)等材料通过掺杂不同物质制备成的复合质子交换膜,分析了这些膜在性能上的差异,最后对质子交换膜的发展趋势进行了展望.
As a clean energy source,fuel cells have received widespread attention.Proton exchange membranes are the key units for fuel cells.The perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane used in fuel cells has excellent chemical stability and good electrical conductivity.However,there are some drawbacks on it such as poor alcohol resistance,high cost,and the low performance at high temperatures.Therefore,the development of new proton exchange membranes has become a hot topic.In this paper,the application and research progress on sulfonated poly aryl ether-based proton exchange membranes used in fuel cells is summarized,The proton exchange membranes made from sulfonated poly aryl ether sulfone(SPAES),sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone(SPAEK),sulfonated poly ether ether ketone(SPEEK),sulfonated poly phenylene sulfide(SPPS),sulfonated poly aryl ether nitrile(SPAEEN)and other polymers recombining with organic or inorganic materials are introduced.The performance of these membranes are analyzed and the development trend of it is predicted.
