摘要
本文介绍了大型阵列天线转台,采用方位-俯仰的结构形式。其中方位转动采用双电机齿轮传动机构,俯仰转动采用单电机双丝杠传动机构。利用Patran软件建立转台的网格分析模型,借助Nastran软件,计算不同姿态转台的谐振频率和结构应力,验证了转台满足各项结构指标要求。
This paper introduces a large array antenna turntable,which adopts azimuth and pitch structure.Gear driving mechanism of dual-motor is used for azimuth rotation,and double screw driver of single motor is used for pitch rotation.Based on Patran software,we establish the finite element model.And based on Nastran software,analyze the statics of turntable with different attitude.The simulation data of the resonant frequency and structural stress of the turntable are calculated,which verify that the design of the turntable meets the structural index.
