Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is an important carrier of national independent innovation strategy.With the implementation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development strategy,Beijing Tianjin Hebei region will become a demonstration area of innovation driven economic growth.In this paper,science and technology resources of key industries in Hebei Province are systematically sorted out and analyzed.The industrial development and the trend of science and technology resources flow are understood.Through the analysis of the gap with Beijing and Tianjin,it provides data support for Hebei Province to introduce excellent science and technology resources and strengthen cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin.It provides decision-making reference for the rational and optimal allocation of science and technology resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
