重大疫情下农村基层组织治理中的思想政治教育意涵

新型冠状病毒肺炎是一场突发的重大公共卫生事件。在重大疫情下的危机处理中,农村基层治理组织应高度重视思想政治教育的重要性和必要性,充分利用网络优势,积极开展“疫情思政”。其间,要始终恪守“政治性与科学性相统一、整体性与个体性相统一、连续性与变化性相统一”的逻辑导向,要尝试探索重大疫情下农村基层治理中思想政治教育的现实路径,即“加强宣传教育,筑牢疫情防控网;调节利益关系,做好后勤服务;加强心理疏导,注重人文关怀;加强法治教育,遵循依法防控”,逐步走出一条科学化、人性化、法治化的新路子。

COVID-19 is a sudden severe public health events in major epidemic crisis management,the rural grass-roots governance organizations should attach great importance to the importance and necessity of ideological and political education,make full use of network advantages,actively develop the disease education,meanwhile,we should always adhere to the political and scientific unity integrity and individuality unifies the unity of continuity and change the dialectical logic and principle of the guidance,to try to explore major outbreaks of ideological and political education in the rural grass-roots governance under the implementation plan and the reality path,namely,to strengthen publicity and education,enhancing the epidemic prevention and control network;Adjust the interest relationship and provide logistics services;Strengthen psychological counseling,pay attention to humanistic care;We will strengthen education on the rule of law,follow the rule of law in prevention and control,and gradually open up a new path of scientific,human,and law-based governance.
