紫外光本体法聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备与表征 被引量:4

Preparation and Characterization of Polyacrylate Pressure Sensitive Adhesives via UV Bulk Polymerization

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,采用紫外光引发聚合制备具有一定黏度的丙烯酸酯预聚物,然后加入1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)交联剂,经光固化获得环保型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,考察了HDDA交联剂用量对其压敏性能的影响。用索氏提取法测定聚合物的凝胶含量,用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了可溶部分聚合物的相对分子质量,采用动态力学分析(DMA)表征了聚合物的黏弹性,并测定了压敏胶的性能。结果表明,丙烯酸酯单体全部参与反应;当丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)含量为10wt%、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与丙烯酸(AA)的质量比为92∶8,HDDA含量为0.1wt%时,压敏胶的综合性能最好。 The butyl acrylate(BA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and acrylic acid(AA)are used as the monomers to prepare the acrylate prepolymers with a certain viscosity via UV initiation,and then the 1,6-hexane glycol diacrylate(HDDA)crosslinking agent is added to obtain the environment friendly polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives.The effect of HDDA cross-linking agent content on the adhesive performances is investi-gated.The Soxhlet extraction is used to determine the gel content of the product,and the molecular weight of the soluble part is characterized by the gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)is used to characterize the viscoelasticity of the polymer,and the adhesive performances are also tested.The results show that all the acrylate monomers have participated in the reaction.When the content of the hy-droxyethyl acrylate(HEA)is 10 wt%,the mass ratio of butyl acrylate(BA)to acrylic acid(AA)is 92∶8 and the content of HDDA is 0.1 wt%,the comprehensive performances of the pressure-sensitive adhesives will be the best.
