纤维增强树脂基复合材料制造技术研究进展 被引量:12

Research Progress in Manufacturing Technology of Fiber Reinforced Resin Based Composites

摘要 纤维增强树脂基复合材料具有质量轻、比强度高、比模量高、加工成型方便、弹性优良、耐化学腐蚀和耐候性好等一系列特点,已经成为航空航天及军工等高技术领域最重要的结构材料之一。随着复合材料研发及应用的快速发展,其制造技术也在向先进性和多维度方向发展,制造技术的发展又反过来进一步推动了复合材料的应用。总结了模压成型、模塑成型、热压罐成型、缠绕成型、自动丝束铺放成型、拉挤成型、增材制造技术等七种纤维增强树脂基复合材料的制造技术,对成型工艺流程、优缺点、研究热点进行了总结,并对纤维增强树脂基复合材料制造技术的发展前景进行了展望。 The fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials have become one of the most important structural materials in high-tech fields such as aerospace and military due to a series of characteristics such as light weight,high specific strength,high specific modulus,convenient pro-cessing,excellent elasticity,good chemical resistance and weather resistance.With the rapid development of research and application of composite materials,the manufacturing technology of composite materials is also developing in the direction of advancement and multi-dimension.The develop-ment of manufacturing technology in turn has further promoted the application of composite materials.There are seven technologies for manufacturing fiber-reinforced resin-based composite material are summarized,including compression forming,molding process,autoclave method,winding forming,automated fiber placement,pultrusion forming and additive manufacturing technology.The molding process,advantages and disadvantages,research hotspots are summarized,and the development prospects of fiber-reinforced resin based composites manufacturing technology are presented.
