摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法与膜扩散-分光光度法两种分析方法同时测定土壤样品中的氯(Cl)含量。X射线荧光光谱法与膜扩散-分光光度法的检出限分别为7.3μg.g^-1和5.6μg.g^-1,准确度分别为0.006~0.034与0.005~0.029,精密度分别为3.90%~12.84%与3.31%~8.90%。通过实验验证,最终采用X射线荧光光谱法为测试土壤样品中氯含量的主要方法,而膜扩散-分光光度法可为测试样品中高含量的氯提供有效的方法保障。
Two methods which are X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and membrane diffusion-spectrophotometry are used to simultaneously deter-mine the content of chlorine(Cl)in soil sample.The detection limits of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and membrane diffusion-spectrophotometry are 7.3μg.g^-1 and 5.6μg.g^-1 respectively,the accuracy of the two analysis methods are 0.006~0.034 and 0.005~0.029 respectively,and the precisions of the two methods are 3.90%~12.84%and 3.31%~8.90%respectively.Finally,the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is selected as the main test method for determining the chlorine content in soil samples.The membrane diffusion-spectrophotometry can provide an effective method for testing high content of chlorine in samples.
