摘要
“重叠共识”理念作为《政治自由主义》一书中的三大理念之一,被看作罗尔斯正义思想发生“政治转向”的核心概念及其政治哲学体系的基础。“重叠共识”理念的价值旨归,在于实现社会的稳定与长久发展。尽管该理念具有不可忽视的局限性,但对处于变革期与转型期的中国社会来说,在促进跨文化交流、构建和谐社会、推进人类命运共同体建设等方面仍具有一定的借鉴意义。
The idea of"overlapping consensus"as one of the three major ideas in Political Liberalism is re⁃garded as the core concept and the basis of Rawls'political philosophy system of justice thoughts.The value aim of"overlapping consensus"lies in the realization of social stability and its long⁃term progress.Although it has some limitations that can not be ignored,this concept still has certain reference significance in promoting cross⁃cultural communication,building a harmonious society,and propelling the community building of com⁃mon destiny for mankind.
