摘要
总结杨鉴冰教授对人流术后月经过少发病机理的认识及治疗经验,认为肾虚血瘀是人工流产术(人流术)后月经过少的重要病因病机,采用补肾益血,化瘀调经的治疗方法可获得良好效果。
By summing up and concluding professor Yang Jianbing′s understanding to the mechanism of hypomenorrhea after abortion and his therapeutic experience,he thinks that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the important cause and pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea after abortion,adopting therapeutic methods of tonifying kidney and nourishing blood,eliminating stasis and regulating menstruation could obtain good clinical effects.
