中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎研究

从“治未病”思想在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)防控中的体现、中医理论在新冠肺炎防控中的优势及中医药治疗新冠肺炎临床有效3方面入手探讨新冠肺炎的中医药防治,指出中医药在急性传染病如鼠疫、天花、霍乱、疟疾、麻疹、痢疾、猩红热及SARS等的治疗中积累了丰富经验,辨证论治是起效的关键;中医药早期介入直接关乎最终疗效;望闻问切是基本方法。在新冠肺炎的治疗中充分发挥中医药优势,探索中西医结合防治方法,传承经典,守正创新,以促进中医药在我国公共卫生应急体系中发挥更大作用。

TCM prevention and treatment of COVID-19 are illustrated from the embodiment of"preventive treatment of disease"idea in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,the advantages of TCM theory in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and clinical effects of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19.It is pointed out that TCM has accumulated the rich experience in treating acute infectious diseases including plague,smallpox,cholera,malaria,measles,dysentery,scarflet fever,SARS and others,syndrome differentiation and treatment is the key of TCM working;early intervention is directly related to the ultimate outcome;observation,listening,questioning and pulse-taking are the basic methods.We should develop TCM advantages in the treatment of COVID-19,explore the preventive method of integrative medicine and promote the bigger role of TCM in China's public health emergency system by inheriting the classics,adhering to the path and innovating.
