Determination of Inorganic Elements in Gansu Xiangbang Chongcao

摘要 目的:测定香棒虫草中无机元素。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测香棒虫草中钙、镁、锌等元素,并与冬虫夏草进行比较。结果:香棒虫草所含无机元素的含量分别为钙2100mg/kg、镁3220 mg/kg、锌158 mg/kg;冬虫夏草所含无机元素的含量分别为钙0.03 mg/kg、镁1 mg/kg、锌0.2 mg/kg。结论:香棒虫草与冬虫夏草所含无机元素种类相同,但含量相差较大。 Objective:To determine inorganic elements contained in Xiangbang Chongcao(Cordycepshawkesii Gray).Methods:Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to detect the contents of calcium,magnesium,zinc and others in Xiangbang Chongcao,and they were compared with Dongchong Xiacao.Results:The contents of inorganic elements contained in Xiangbang Chongcao were calcium 2100 mg/kg,magnesium 3220 mg/kg and zinc 158 mg/kg respectively;while the contents of inorganic elements contained in Dongchong Xiacao were calcium 0.03 mg/kg,magnesium 1 mg/kg and zinc 0.2 mg/kg respectively.Conclusion:The sorts of inorganic elements contained in Xiangbang Chongcao and Dongchong Xiacao are the same,while the contents differ.
