含徐长卿的中药复方治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Herbal Compound Containing Xuchangqing in the Treatment for Allergic Rhinitis

从检索策略与纳入文献以及徐长卿为君药组方的单纯中药治疗临床研究、徐长卿为非君药组方的单纯中药治疗临床研究、含徐长卿组方且联合西药治疗的临床研究及中医经验介绍等方面进行综述,指出目前含徐长卿的中药复方在变应性鼻炎的治疗中发挥重要作用,以徐长卿祛风化湿止痒功效为主,但需要多中心、大样本的随机对照临床研究进一步证实。

By summarizing search strategies,the included literature,clinical study of single Xuchangqing(cynanchi paniculati radix et rhizoma)as monarch drug,clinical study of Xuchangqing as non-monarch drug,clinical study of the compound prescriptions containing Xuchangqing and combining with Western medicine,the introduction to TCM experience,and others,it is pointed out that herbal compounds containing Xuchangqing is playing the important role in the treatment for allergic rhinitis since Xuchangqing could dispel the wind,eliminate the damp and relieve the itching,However,multicenter,large-sample randomized controlled clinical studies are needed in further confirmation.
