摘要
永磁体起重设备具有运营成本低,使用寿命长,掉电不失磁等优点,是目前主流的起重设备之一,在工业生产中得到了广泛应用.为满足钢板精确分张吊装需求,提升系统可靠性和抗干扰能力,以PID算法、PWM控制和电气全隔离等为关键技术,以霍尔感应金属接近开关等传感器为辅助手段,设计了一种可学习整定的电机转动式永磁起重控制系统.该系统各节点通过CAN总线级联,可方便模块化调试和系统扩展.实验结果表明:在36 V到48 V的供电电压范围内,能有效实现规格为长90 cm、宽85 cm、厚5 mm的钢板的精确分张吊装.
The permanent magnet crane has the advantages of low operation cost,long service life and lossless magnetic force when power down.It is an important hoisting technology and widely used in industrial production.In order to realize steel plates separate hoisting,improve the reliability and anti-interference ability,a motor driven permanent magnet crane control system with learning and parameter setting functions was designed.In this system,the key technologies include the PID,PWM and full electrical isolation.The Hall sensors were used as auxiliary means.Each node of the system can be cascaded through CAN bus,so it is convenient for modular test and system expansion.The experimental results show that,in the power supply voltage range of 36V to 48V,it can effectively realize accurate separate hoisting of the steel plates with the specification of 90 centimeters long,85 centimeters wide and 5 millimeters thick.
