摘要
确定与遗传性疾病或性状相关联的位点,是了解疾病和性状遗传机理、防止遗传疾病发生的重要手段.本文根据某种遗传疾病提供的样本数据,通过等位基因数值编码、差异性测度等方法,分析获得最有可能的致病位点或基因.并通过卡方检验,验证所提方法的有效性.
The analysis of the genetic loci with genetic diseases and traits is an important way to understand the genetic mechanism of diseases and traits and prevent the occurrence of genetic diseases.The most likely pathogenic sites or genes were obtained by analyzing the sample data provided by a certain genetic disease by means of allele numerical coding and diversity measurement.And through the chi-square test,the rationality of the discovered pathogenic locus and gene was verified.
