基于CCD检测技术的LED产品生产智能检验

摘要 CCD检测技术在LED产品生产中应用广泛,本文系统分析和总结了在LED生产过程中数码管表面缺损和管脚环氧树脂不良产品的检测筛选应用,从检测原理、电路软硬件设计、效益分析等方面进行阐述和分析,充分说明在LED产品生产过程中应用CCD检测技术进行不良产品检测筛选的可行性、可靠性和良好的经济效益. CCD detection technology has been widely used in LED production.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the detection and screening application of digital tube surface defects and defective epoxy resin products in LED production process,and expounds and analyzes the detection principle,circuit hardware and software design,benefit analysis and other aspects.It fully demonstrates the feasibility,reliability and good economic benefit of using CCD detection technology to detect and screen defective products in the production process of LED products.
