摘要
结合聚丙烯酸酯改性体系具有光泽度高、粘度较低的优点和聚酯聚氨酯改性体系附着牢度高、表干速度快、耐水性相对较优的特点,开展了聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯复合体系改性水性环氧树脂的研究.实验结果显示:丙烯酸(酯)类单体添加量为15%, A1添料量为10%时,所得水性油墨具有光泽度高、初干性快、耐水性强等特点.
Combined with the advantages of the polyacrylate modification system with high gloss and low viscosity,and the polyurethane modification system of high adhesion fastness,fast surface drying speed and relatively excellent water resistance,the polyurethane/polyacrylate composite modified waterborne epoxy resin was investigated.The result shows that the addition amount of acrylic monomer and A1 is 15%and 10%respectively,the ink has the advantages of high gloss,fast initial drying,and strong water resistance.
