学生满意度视角下研究生培养质量影响因素研究——基于新增硕士学位授予单位的调查分析

Influencing Factors of Postgraduate Training Quality from the Perspective of Student Satisfaction——A survey and analysis on the new master degree conferment units

通过对五所新增硕士学位授予单位167位硕士研究生的问卷调查,发现影响学生对研究生培养质量满意度的因素按重要性排序依次是导师、课程、图书馆、管理服务、基础设施.因此,加强导师队伍建设,重视课程建设,提高对图书馆的投资和服务水平,加强基础设施建设,提高管理和服务水平,是提高研究生培养质量的重要途径.

Based on the survey of 167 postgraduate students in the new master degree conferment units,it is found that factors affecting students'satisfaction with the quality of postgraduate training were ranked as follows:supervisor,curriculum,library,management service and infrastructure.The new master degree conferment units need to strengthen the construction of supervisor team and curriculum,improve the level of investment and service to the library,strengthen the construction of infrastructure,and improve the level of management and service.
