摘要
目的分析量子点免疫荧光法新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)IgM、IgG抗体检测对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的诊断效能。方法纳入新冠肺炎确诊患者74例(非康复期患者26例,康复期患者48例),以48例体检健康献血者作为阴性对照,以血清或血浆标本进行新冠病毒IgM、IgG抗体检测,分析抗体检测对疾病的诊断效能。结果IgM抗体单独检测的诊断灵敏度为74.32%,符合临床检出率大于70%的标准,特异度为97.92%;IgG抗体单独检测的诊断灵敏度为83.78%,符合临床检出率大于80%的标准,特异度为100.00%;IgM、IgG抗体联合检测的诊断灵敏度为91.89%、特异度为97.92%,均大于90%的标准。结论量子点免疫荧光法检测新冠病毒IgM、IgG抗体可用于新冠肺炎的辅助诊断,具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。
Objective To explore the diagnostic performance of 2019 new coronavirus(2019-nCOV)IgM and IgG antibody in coronavirus disease(COVID-19).Methods A total of 74 patients with COVID-19,including 26 cases of non-rehabilitated patients and 48 cases of rehabilitated patients were enrolled,and 48 healthy subjects were also enrolled as negative control.Serum or plasma samples of all subjects were detected for 2019-nCOV IgM and IgG antibody,and the diagnostic performance was analyzed.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of alone detection of IgM antibody was 74.32%,which met the standards of clinical detection rate greater than 70%,and the specificity was 97.92%.The diagnostic sensitivity of alone detection of IgG antibody was 83.78%,which met the standards of clinical detection rate greater than 80%,and the specificity was 100.00%.The sensitivity of combined detection of IgM and IgG antibody was 91.89%and the specificity was 97.92%,both of which were more than 90%.Conclusion Detection of 2019-nCOV IgM and IgG antibody could be used for the diagnosis of COVID-19 with relatively high sensitivity and specificity.
