石家庄市养老机构养老护理员核心能力现状调查研究

Research of the core competence of the pension nursing staff in the pension institutions in Shijiazhuang

目的了解石家庄市养老机构养老护理员核心能力现状,分析其核心能力影响因素。方法采用经过3轮德尔菲法论证形成的养老护理员核心能力评价问卷,对石家庄市30家养老机构932名养老护理员进行问卷调查,分析调查结果。结果养老护理员核心能力总均分为(2.09±0.57)分;7个维度中,人际沟通能力得分最高,为(2.48±0.63)分,评判性思维和科研能力维度得分最低,为(1.83±0.91)分。年龄、养老护理员证书等级、文化程度、工作年限不同的养老护理员,其核心能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。养老护理员证书等级及文化程度是养老护理员核心能力的主要影响因素。结论石家庄市养老机构养老护理员核心能力处于中等偏下水平;年龄、养老护理员证书等级、文化程度、工作年限影响养老护理员核心能力,其中文化程度与养老护理员证书等级对其核心能力的影响最大。

Objective To investigate the present situation of the core competence of the pension nursing staff in the pension institutions in Shijiazhuang,and analyze it′s influencing factors.Methods Core competence evaluation questionnaire,formed after three rounds of argument according to Delphi method,was used to evaluate the core competence of 932 pension nursing staffs from 30 pension institutions in Shijiazhuang.Results The total average score of the core competence of pension nursing staff was(2.09±0.57)scores.Among the seven dimensions,the score of interpersonal communication ability was the highest,which was(2.48±0.63)scores,and the score of critical thinking and scientific research ability was the lowest,which was(1.83±0.91)scores.There was significant differences of the core competence score between pension nursing staffs with different ages,nursing certificate level,education degree and working years(P<0.05).Certificate level and education degree were the main influencing factors of the core competence of pension nursing staff.Conclusion The core competence of pension nursing staff in Shijiazhuang pension institutions might be at the middle-lower level.Age,certificate grade,education degree and working years influence the core competence of nursing staff,among which education degree and certificate level could be the greatest influencing factors.
