2014-2018年传染病护理研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of articles of research on nursing of infected diseases published from 2014 to 2018

目的系统分析2014-2018年我国传染病护理研究文献,了解学科研究发展现状。方法检索中国知网和万方数据库,采用文献计量学方法对2014-2018年传染病护理研究文献进行统计分析。结果检索获得文献152篇,发表于88种期刊,发文量逐年增长;文献第一作者分布于29个地区,单位以非医学院校及附属医院为主;受科研基金资助的论文占12.50%;60.53%的文献为干预性研究,仅2.17%为严谨的随机对照研究;研究热点集中在临床护理、护理教学、护理管理、护理伦理四个方面。结论有必要加强传染病护理队伍科研素养培训,提升研究质量,拓宽研究领域,增强研究实力,以加快护理学科建设和促进传染病护理专业化发展。

Objective To systematically analyze the research trend of nursing of infected diseases based on the articles published from 2014 to 2018.Methods Articles about nursing of infected diseases published from 2014 to 2018 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang databases,and were analyzed systematically.Results A total of 152 articles about nursing of infected diseases,published in 88 journals,were sourced.There number of articles issued was with the increasing trend.Authors were located in 29 areas and mainly from non-medical colleges and non-affiliated hospitals.Only 12.50%of papers were funded.Totally 60.53%of articles were about intervention studies,but only 2.17%were randomized controlled trials.The research topics mainly focused on clinical nursing,nursing teaching,nursing management and nursing ethics.Conclusion The study of nursing of infected diseases should expend study fields,improve quality of study and reinforce the strength of research in order to promote the professional development of nursing of infected diseases.
