明视负波反应特点及其临床应用
摘要
视网膜电流图(ERG)明视负波反应(PhNR)是在明适应条件下,以亮光刺激时,紧接着b波缓慢出现的负向波,既往广泛应用于青光眼诊断和评估视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)及其轴突功能,近年来也应用于糖尿病性视网膜病变、多发性硬化、特发性颅内压增高症等疾病,用以评估患者视功能。相对于视诱发电位(VEP)、ERG,PhNR能更特异和灵敏地反映RGCs损伤。该文对PhNR特点、临床应用及相关新检查指标进行了综述。
