高考科目改革对大学医科新生学习表现的影响

摘要 目的研究探讨新高考科目改革对高校医学专业学生学习表现的影响。方法通过网络发放自行设计的问卷,收集上海某高校医学专业学生的人口学特征、高考选科信息以及大学年级专业课程的自评学习表现。运用计量经济学模型分析数据。结果改革与大学医学专业学生自评学习表现下降有关(P<0.01)。虽然改革允许考生自由选择文理科目,但是对医学院学生化学相关专业课程的学习带来挑战(P<0.01)。结论大学医学教育需要调整以适应改革后学生基础背景差异的增加。 Objective The study aims to investigate the impact of the newly implemented College Entrance Examination reform on the academic performance of medical students.Methods Self-designed survey questions were sent out via web to medical students in a university in Shanghai to collect information for their demographics,choices of exam subjects at the college entrance examination and their self-evaluated academic performance during their first year at college.econometric tools were used to analyze the data.Results The new reform was associated with worse academic performance for medical students(P<0.01).although the policy allowed students to choose their exam subjects across liberal arts and science,but it also brought challenges to their study of chemistry related courses at college(P<0.01).Conclusion Medical education need to adapt to the more heterogeneity background of the students after the reform.
