空军军医大学研究生课程开放式教学模式应用初探

Research on Application of Open Teaching Mode in Graduate Courses at Air Force Medical University

为适应军队研究生教育发展的新形势,军队高等教育院校普遍推进研究生课程教学改革,探索新的教学模式来提高课堂实效性。目前,空军军医大学在研究生课堂教学中引入开放式教学模式,获得初步的效果。本文将开放式教学模式的理念进行了阐述,同时对军医大学实施开放式教学模式的现状和问题进行了分析,针对性提出了开展好开放式教学模式的建议。

In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of postgraduate education in the military,the military higher education institutions generally promote the reform of postgraduate curriculum teaching,and explore new teaching models to improve the effectiveness of the education.At present,the Air Force Medical University has introduced an open teaching mode into the postgraduate teaching,which has achieved a preliminary effect.This paper expounds the concept of open teaching mode,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the implementation of open teaching mode in military medical university,and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the open mode of teaching for teachers.
