军医大学不同专业学员对流行病学案例式教学的认知调查与分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的掌握军医大学不同专业学员对流行病学课程采用案例式教学的认知情况,为教学方法改革提供参考。方法通过问卷调查获取和分析不同专业学员对流行病学课程中采用案例式教学的态度和认知情况。结果军医大学5个专业205名学员对流行病学课程中采用案例教学认可度高达88.78%,课堂上给出教学案例,且案例以视频和文字材料相结合的形式出现更受欢迎;不同专业学员之间对教学案例的呈现形式、案例教学成功的关键因素、专业知识和能力诉求重点等流行病学课程学习认知情况存在显著性差异。结论流行病学课程教学中建议采用案例式教学方法,同时注意增强不同专业学员授课案例的代表性和针对性,提高课程教学效果。 Objective To understand the cognition of students in military medical university on the case teaching method in epidemiology,and to provide a useful reference for the reform of teaching methods.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to analyze students’attitudes and cognition of case teaching in epidemiology courses.Results Students of military medical university had a high degree of recognition(88.78%)for the case teaching in Epidemiology Course,and the teaching cases were given in class,and the cases were more popular with students in the form of video and text materials.There are significant differences in the presentation form of teaching cases,the key factors for the success of Case Teaching,and the focus of professional knowledge,ability demands and other aspects of learning cognition among students of different majors.Conclusion Case teaching method should be adopted in the teaching of epidemiology,and the representativeness and pertinence of teaching cases in different majors should be enhanced to improve the course teaching effect.
