临床医学专业本科生与留学生线上学习效果的比较评价 被引量:7

Comparative Evaluation of the Online Learning Effect of International Students Majoring in Clinical Medicine

摘要 目的了解临床医学专业本科生与留学生开展线上教学的效果分析,为进一步提升教学质量提供参考依据。方法在开展2周的线上教学后,应用调查问卷,调研临床医学专业本科生与留学生对线上学习的态度和意见,并对结果进行比较分析。结果留学生在课前预习和课后复习方面的得分显著高于中国学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);留学生在“这次疫情坚定了我毕业后当医生的信念”“我认为教师态度认真负责”“我认为教师对线上教学技术掌握较好”三个条目的得分,显著低于中国学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);约70%的学生对线上教学效果整体满意;留学生线上学习主要问题是时差和平台稳定性、中国学生线上学习主要问题是平台稳定性、没有纸版教材和看不见鼠标指引。结论学生对线上教学效果整体满意,但不支持线上教学完全代替线下教学,线上教学主要问题是教学平台的稳定性。 Objective To understand the effect of online teaching for international students majoring in clinical medicine,and to provide reference for the improvement of teaching.Methods After 2 weeks of online teaching,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the preferences and attitudes of international students majoring in clinical medicine towards online teaching,and the results were compared with those of Chinese students.Results The scores of foreign students in pre-class preview and after-class review were significantly higher than those of Chinese students,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of international students in the three items of“this epidemic situation has strengthened my belief to be a doctor after graduation”,“I think teachers are serious and responsible”and“I think teachers have a good command of online teaching technology”were significantly lower than those of Chinese students,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).About 70%of students are satisfied with the overall effect of online teaching.The main problems faced by international students in online learning are the time difference problem and the stability of online learning platform.Conclusion International students are satisfied with the overall effect of online teaching,but do not support online teaching to replace offline teaching.The main problems facing international students in online teaching are the time difference and the stability of online teaching platform.
