摘要
老年综合评估是我国老年病学的核心内容与技术,可看作现代老年病学的核心,全科医生把握着居民健康的第一道关卡,结合目前人口老龄化趋势及慢性病增加的现状,通过规范化培训培养优秀全科医生、提高社会医疗服务水平已然成为必然要求,而在全科医生培养的诸多领域中老年医学是其中薄弱的一环。基于相关文献,本文介绍了老年综合评估、全科医生规范化培训的重要性,以此来探究将“老年综合评估”与全科医生规范化培训相结合,通过提高教学质量,提升全科医师的综合素质。
Geriatric comprehensive assessment is the core content and technology of geriatrics in China and can be regarded as the core of modern gerontology,general practitioner holds the first hurdle of residents’health.In combination with the current aging trend of population and the current situation of increasing chronic diseases,it has become an inevitable requirement to train excellent general practitioners and improve the level of social medical services through standardized training.But gerontology is a weak link in many fields of general practitioners training.On the basis of analyzing related literature,this article introduces the comprehensive geriatric assessment and importance of standardized training of general practitioner,in order to explore the combination of“comprehensive geriatric assessment”and standardized training for general practitioner,and improve the comprehensive quality of general practitioner by improving the teaching quality.
