基于形成性评价的儿科实践教学评价体系的构建与实施 被引量:18

摘要 儿科临床实践是医学生将儿科基本理论知识转化为临床能力的关键阶段。完善的评价体系是儿科实践教学质量的重要保障。近年来,形成性评价(formative assessment)逐渐成为教学质量评价的重要方式。西安交通大学第一附属医院儿科基于历年教学经验的积累沉淀,将形成性评价应用于儿科临床实践评价体系中。本文详细阐述了构建基于形成性评价的儿科实践教学评价体系的重要意义、内容与方案及存在问题与解决办法,期望有助于推动其他医学院校儿科及其它专业形成性评价在实践教学评价体系中的应用与研究。 Pediatric clinical practice is an important period for transforming pediatric theories into clini-cal abilities.Perfect evaluation methods of teaching are important for the quality of pediatric clinical practice teaching.Recent years,formative assessment has become an essential method for evaluation of teaching quality.Pediatric department of the first affiliated hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University applied the formative assessment in pediatric clinical practice evaluation system based on previous teaching experience accumulation and sedimentation.In this article,we demonstrated the significance,contents and strategies,problems and solutions of the formative assessment-based evaluation system.Hopefully,it could be beneficial to promote the application and study on formative assessment in clinical practice teaching evaluation in other medical schools and other disciplines.
