摘要
目的研究两种不同健康教育方式在糖尿病视网膜病变患者术前血糖控制中的疗效比较。方法将72例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为干预组和对照组各36人,对照组采用普通的健康教育方式,干预组采用个体互动式教育方式。将空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、患者满意度、糖尿病知识掌握情况、比较作为评价指标。结果两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、患者满意度及糖尿病相关知识掌握情况比较有统计学意义。结论个体互动式健康教育能有效地控制糖尿病视网膜病变患者术前血糖,使患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、得到了有效控制,提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握知晓率及患者的满意度。个体互动式健康教育。较以往集体式授课具有针对性,时间的灵活性、经济性。另外护患沟通可以加深和患者之间的感情,减少医患矛盾,使患者对疾病的认识和战胜疾病的信心增加。
Objective to study the effect of two different health education methods on preoperative blood sugar control in diabetic retinopathy patients.Methods in 72 patients with diabetic retinopathy,36 patients were treated.In the control group,normal health education was adopted,and in the intervention group,individual interactive education was adopted.The fasting blood sugar,2 hours after meal blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,patient satisfaction,knowledge of diabetes,and comparison were used as evaluation indicators.Results the knowledge of fasting blood sugar,2 hours after meal,glycated hemoglobin,satisfaction of patients and diabetes were statistically significant.Conclusion Individual interactive health education can effectively control the preoperative blood sugar of diabetic retinopathy patients,improve the knowledge and satisfaction of diabetes patients.
