绵阳李白文化在“一带一路”建设中的先发示范效应研究

“一带一路”是2013年9月中央作出的关于开放发展的重大战略决策。作为一种“软实力”,文化逐渐成为世界各国核心竞争力的重要方面和国家综合国力的象征。中华文化是我们民族的“根”和“脉”,在国际舞台上,富含中国元素的李白诗歌博得八方喝彩,李白文化正成为中国迈向世界的文化标识之一。随着国际影响力日益突显,中国文化产品输出已成为提高我国“一带一路”建设国际影响力的必然要求和外在体现。因此,李白文化积极响应和全面对接“一带一路”倡议,与国家重大战略部署相互支撑相互促进,并通过战略协同、空间优化、要素集聚、沟通协调四个路径,为发挥绵阳在“一带一路”建设中的李白文化先发示范效应提供强大的源动力,可以起到事半功倍的引领作用。

“The Belt and Road Initiatives”is a major strategic decision on open development made by the central government in September 2013.As a kind of soft power,culture has gradually become an important aspect of the core competitiveness of all countries and a symbol of comprehensive national strength.Chinese culture is the root and vein of our nation,on the international stage,rich Chinese elements in Li bai’s poetry has win plaudits from all sides,Li bai culture is becoming one of the cultural symbols of China’s march towards the world.With the increasingly prominent international influence,the export of Chinese cultural products has become an inevitable requirement and external manifestation to improve the international influence of China’s“the Belt and Road Initiatives”strategy.Therefore,Li bai culture responds positively and comprehensively docking to“the Belt and Road Initiatives”strategy,which is mutual support and mutual promotion for the country’s major strategic deployment.In addition,through four ways:the strategic synergy,space to optimize,elements agglomeration,communication and coordination,so as to provide a strong driving force for mian yang to play the first demonstration effect of Li bai culture in the construction of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”,and play a leading role of achieving twice the result with half the effort.
