摘要
2型糖尿病作为慢性代谢性疾病,易发生各种微血管和大血管并发症。矿物质作为微量营养素,机体需求量虽少,但对机体的新陈代谢至关重要,在糖尿病及并发症的发生中起着重要作用。本篇综述就血清钙、镁、铁、铜和锌五种矿物质含量与2型糖尿病并发症之间的关系进行总结,为相关学者提供参考的同时,也为2型糖尿病的早期诊断、营养管理以及并发症的防治提供有利依据。
As a chronic metabolic disease,type 2 diabetes is prone to various microvascular and macrovascular complications.As a micronutrient,minerals have a small amount of body demand,but they are essential to the body's metabolism and play an important role in the occurrence of diabetes and complications.This review summarizes the relationship between serum calcium,magnesium,iron,copper,zinc and type 2 diabetes complications,which provides references for scholars,and evidence for early diagnosis and nutrition management of type 2 diabetes,as well as prevention of complications.
