生态学视域下社区教育和老年教育的融合路径

社区教育与老年教育是关系密切的教育生态系统,深化二者的融合有助于社区教育机构在服务老年人层面改善我国老年教育体系的生态衔接现状。当前老年教育系统与外部环境的生态链不健全、生态位重叠,降低了社区教育和老年教育生态运行效能。健全社区教育和老年教育的生态环境有一定可能性,因为二者具备生态关联性、生态共生性和生态可控性。要加强社区教育和老年教育融合生态系统建设,可通过优化结构生态位和质量生态位、通过信息技术和软着陆改善现有办学生态、培植协调的生态主客体关系、优化生态机制运行模式等路径实现。

Community education and elderly education are closely related education ecosystems. Deepening the integration of the two will help community education institutions improve the current status of the ecological connection of Chinese elderly education system at the level of serving the elderly. At present, the ecological chain of the elderly education system and the external environment is not perfect, and the overlapping of niche reduces the ecological operation efficiency of community education and elderly education. Community education and elderly education have a certain possibility of improving the educational ecological environment, because the two have ecological relevance, ecological symbiosis and ecological controllability. To strengthen the integration of community education and elderly education ecosystem, it is necessary to optimize the structural niche and quality niche, use information technology and soft-landing to improve the existing school ecology, cultivate a coordinated ecological subject-object relationship, and optimize the ecological mechanism operation mode.
