现代远程教育培育新型职业农民 SWOT-AHP分析及策略研究

SWOT-AHP Analysis and Strategic Research on Cultivating New-type Professional Farmers in Modern Distance Education

运用现代远程教育方式培育新型职业农民,是落实我国新型职业农民培育发展规划的重要手段。在运用SWOT分析法对以现代远程教育方式培育新型职业农民的各影响因素进行定性分析的基础上,用AHP分析法对各因素进行定量分析发现,现代远程教育因内在突显的有利因素和外部环境的支持,使其在培育新型职业农民上占有优势,但也存在不利因素和威胁,如专业师资队伍的短缺、政策的局限性和缺乏资金保障等。远程教育机构和各级政府部门应扬长补短,通过强化现代远程教育,加大支持保障力度,实现现代远程教育培育新型职业农民的可持续发展。

Using modern distance education to cultivate new-type professional farmers is an important means to implement the development plan of new-type professional farmers in China. Based on the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of cultivating new-type professional farmers by using SWOT analysis method, and the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors by using AHP analysis method, it is found that modern distance education possesses superiority in cultivating new-type professional farmers because of the inherent prominent favorable factors and the support of external environment. However, there are unfavorable disadvantages and threats, such as the shortage of professional teachers, the limitations of policies and the lack of financial support. Distance education institutions and government departments at all levels should develop their strengths and make up their weaknesses, strengthen the cultivation ability of modern distance education, increase support and guarantee, and realize the sustainable development of modern distance education to cultivate new professional farmers.
