企业可持续发展的关键在于组织结构的不断变革和创新,使其适应企业发展的需要。企业的经营活动在很大程度上受到组织结构的限制,僵化的组织模式难以推动企业发展,甚至会导致企业内部组织功能的逐渐衰落。因此,现代企业要加强对管理信息化的研究。论文在阐明管理信息化基本内容的基础上,根据企业组织管理的具体情况,针对组织结构、人员变动等管理内容赋予信息化特征,并在此基础上根据企业实际情况制定相应的组织变革和创新策略。

The key to the sustainable development of enterprises lies in the continuous transformation and innovation of organizational structure to meet the needs of enterprise development.The business activities of enterprises are limited to a large extent by the organizational structure,and the rigid organizational mode is difficult to promote the development of enterprises,and even lead to the gradual decline of the internal organizational functions of enterprises.Therefore,modern enterprises should strengthen the research of management informatization.On the basis of expounding the basic contents of management informatization,according to the specific situation of enterprise organization management,this paper endows the informatization characteristics with the management contents such as organizational structure and personnel change,and formulates the corresponding organizational change and innovative strategy according to the actual situation of the enterprise on this basis.
