National central city is the gathering of regional economy,which plays an important leading role in the aspects of promoting regional cooperation and common prosperity.Based on the requirements of urban traffic development in the construction of national central city in Shenyang,the paper fully investigates and grasps the traffic situation of Shenyang,analyzes the current situation of traffic congestion in the construction of national central city in Shenyang,so as to put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.
