关于防雷减灾体制改革后江西省防雷企业发展的思考

Reflections on the Development of Lightning Protection Enterprises in Jiangxi Province After the Reform of Lightning Protection and Disaster Reduction System

在全国防雷体制改革大背景下,通过对江西省防雷减灾体制改革政策的研究和落实,搜集了解目前江西省防雷企业数量和运行情况,总结影响江西省防雷企业发展的主要问题,并从加强监管执法力度、扩大开放合作形式完善激励体制机制等几个方面针对性提出促进江西省防雷企业发展的建议。

Under the background of national lightning protection system reform,through the research and implementation of the reform policy of lightning protection and disaster reduction system in Jiangxi Province,this paper collects and understands the current number and operation of lightning protection enterprises in Jiangxi Province,summarizes the main problems affecting the development of lightning protection enterprises in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of lightning protection enterprises in Jiangxi Province from several aspects,such as strengthening the supervision and law enforcement,expanding the form of opening up and cooperation,perfecting the incentive system and mechanism.
