在线教育平台在当前社会领域具有广泛的应用价值,尤其是在新疫情环境下,在线平台成为汽车维修人才培养的关键载体。由于在线平台运用效果受诸多因素影响,因此,论文立足于企业视角,阐述企业参与在线平台的重要性,分析企业在参与在线平台实施中所存在的问题,最后提出优化企业参与在线平台建筑的具体对策。

Online education platform has wide application value in the current social field,especially in the new epidemic situation,online platform has become the key carrier of automobile maintenance talents training.Because the application effect of online platform is affected by many factors,based on the perspective of enterprises,this paper expounds the importance of enterprises'participation in online platform,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of enterprises'participation in online platform,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to optimize enterprises'participation in online platform construction.
