摘要
论文通过对人事档案知情权研究现状进行梳理与思考,分析了近年来人事档案知情权研究取得的成果及存在的问题,并提出从进行社会调查、不同部门跨学科协同合作、系统研究国外人事档案政策以及严肃学术评价机制角度来寻求突破点,以改善研究现状。
Through combing and thinking about the current situation of the research on the right to know of personnel archives,the paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the research on the right to know of personnel archives in recent years,and proposes to seek a breakthrough point from the perspectives of social investigation,interdisciplinary cooperation between different departments,systematic research on foreign personnel archives policies and serious academic evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the research status.
