网络信息化环境下高职院校学生有效学习影响因素及对策研究

Research on Effective Learning of Higher Vocational College Students under theNetwork Information Environment

网络信息化极大地促进了高职院校人才培养观念的转变、教学模式的变化、学习方式的多元化等一系列变革,学生的学习成效已成为衡量高职教育质量的重要指标。调查表明,网络信息化环境下学生的有效学习状况不容乐观。网络环境下高职院校学生的有效学习状况受到诸多因素的影响,包括学校对学生有效学习的质量效果关注不足、学生学习动力不足、教学理念和教学模式没有发生根本转型、传统的课堂评价方式忽略了基于学习过程的学习效果评价等。结合网络信息化环境对有效学习的新特点和新要求,高职院校应加强对学习质量效益的关注,从新型教学管理理念、教学模式、教学设计、学习模式及学习评价模式等方面构建系统化的高职院校学生有效学习模式,这对于促进信息化与教育教学的深度融合具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Network information has greatly promoted a series of changes in higher vocational colleges such as the transformation of talent training concepts, the change of teaching models, and the diversification of learning methods. Students’ learning effectiveness has become an important indicator to measure the quality of higher vocational education. The survey shows that the effective learning situation of students under the network information environment is not optimistic. The effective learning status of students under the network environment is affected by many factors, including the lack of attention to the quality and effectiveness of effective learning, the lack of motivation for students, and the fundamental transformation of teaching concepts and teaching modes.Traditional classroom evaluation methods ignore the evaluation of learning effects based on the learning process. Combining with the new characteristics and requirements of effective learning in the network information environment, it is proposed that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the focus on the quality and efficiency of learning, and construct from the aspects of new teaching management concepts, teaching models, teaching design, student learning models and learning evaluation models. And meanwhile systematic effective learning model for vocational college students is developed. It has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the integration of information and teaching.
